These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Multibrand Digital website and any services you engage us for. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Multibrand Digital provides:

• Web development
• Mobile app development
• E-commerce solutions
• UI/UX design
• Digital marketing

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins. These Terms apply alongside, not in place of, that agreement.

To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access we reasonably need to do the work. Delays on your end may affect delivery timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or project completion. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

Prices quoted are specific to the agreed scope, additional requests outside that scope may be billed separately.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, licensed tools, or pre-existing Multibrand Digital frameworks and code libraries used to build it, which remain the property of their respective owners. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We treat project details, business information, and credentials you share with us as confidential, and we won’t disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the project or as required by law.

We aim to deliver reliable, well-built work, and will fix defects that arise from our own errors within a reasonable period after delivery. Beyond that, our services and any related deliverables are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Multibrand Digital’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. If you terminate a project already underway, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
